At Kesla, strong and long-term partnerships are at the heart of our business. We highly value the cooperation we have built with our dealers, customers, and partners, and we continuously look for ways to serve you even better.
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our operations, we are simplifying our operating model in Germany. Starting in November 2026, administrative tasks currently handled by Kesla GmbH will gradually be transferred to Kesla Oyj in Finland.
This change will allow our German team to dedicate even more time and attention to what matters most: supporting our dealers and customers, developing sales, providing technical support, and strengthening our presence in the German market.
By centralizing administrative processes within Kesla Oyj, we aim to make our operations more efficient and cooperation across the Kesla organization even smoother. Most importantly, the new setup will support the continued development of our business together.
The transition is being carefully managed to ensure business continuity and uninterrupted service throughout the process. We expect the transition to be completed by the end of 2026, with the new setup fully operational from the beginning of 2027.
We believe these improvements will help us provide you with more focused support in the years ahead.
