Kesla Plc has appointed Tuomo Salo (Bachelor of Science, EMBA) as Vice President, Sales and Customer Experience and a member of the Management Team. The appointment strengthens Kesla’s commercial leadership as the company pursues growth in international markets. Salo will assume his position no later than December 2026 and will report to CEO Pasi Nieminen, who has been responsible for the role on an interim basis since June 2026.
Salo brings more than two decades of experience in international B2B business as well as in the manufacturing and commercialization of heavy-duty machinery through his work at Hiab and Cargotec. In his previous roles, he has been responsible for, among other things, developing international dealer and distribution networks, product management, and customer-facing processes and systems.
