Pilkenetti is a company based in the city of Parikkala, that offers thermal drying services of wood and produces firewood. The company was established in 2011. The company is owned by Mr. Antti Paajanen and Mr. Juha Tuupanen, of which the latter is currently also the CEO of the company and is actively involved in daily operations.

KESLA chippers are in full action on the Elmia Wood exhibition in Sweden in June on the stand 303. The both chippers, the tractor powered KESLA C645S-II and the truck powered KESLA C860, will be chipping several times a day, starting 10 am. The both chippers represent several innovations that Kesla has introduced into its’ chippers, such as proCHIPPER control system and as the most important, a new type of rotor named KESLA logCUT. The new rotor improves the chip quality and even productivity.

The dairy cattle left (Pedersöre/Esse) Alvar Wärn's farm in Ähtävä six years ago, and the warm barn was made into a full-scale forestry equipment storage shed. He selected wood chipping as his new business. Choosing a wood chipper was not difficult, he simply turned to the familiar Finnish-made Kesla. In February 2017, Alvar Wärn renovated his chipping unit by sticking with the same models: Kesla C645 and Valtra T234.
