We are looking to welcome a Service Manager into our proud team for a permanent position. You’ll be one of the key players ensuring top-tier technical customer support, training, service organisation, and warranty handling for world-renowned KESLA products in designated market regions, working side by side with the Area Sales Manager. You understand the critical importance of after-sales service and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle and take pride in providing high-quality technical solutions.
What kind of proud Kesla team member are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a relevant degree in engineering or technical training, along with solid practical experience with heavy machinery, hydraulic, and electrical systems. You have proven experience in technical support, dealer/service network development, and technical training. Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and readiness to travel are required. You’re a proactive problem-solver and team player who doesn’t drop their gloves when tackling complex technical challenges.
Salary: 3600-4200€/mo. depending on expertise and previous work experience.
