Kesla’s Sales and Customer Care Director, Kaj Koskela, will retire as of 1 July 2026. After this, he will continue in the role of Senior Advisor until further notice, focusing on the development of Kesla’s distribution network. Koskela has served as Kesla’s Sales and Customer Care Director and a member of the Management Team since 2025.
Kesla will immediately initiate the recruitment process for a new Sales and Customer Care Director. Following Koskela’s retirement, the responsibilities of the position will be carried out by Kesla’s CEO Pasi Nieminen alongside his current duties until a new Sales and Customer Care Director is appointed.
