124H | HD - Also for serious contracting

KESLA 124 series tractor forest trailers are suitable for larger scale private wood transport as well as for serious contracting. The series has a model that can be accessorized with HD drive later on (H) and a model that is already equipped with the HD drive. Load space area in this model series is 2,6 m2. These trailers can also be equipped with handy frame extension (accessory) that increases operational length of the trailer up to 1 055 mm when needed.

特徴

Tukevat tolpat

Vaunun tolpat ovat tukevat ja ne helpottavat kuorman pitämistä siistinä. Tolpat on suunniteltu niin, etteivät ne pääse kääntymään kuormatilaan tai nouse paikoiltaan.

Joustava kuormatila

KESLA-metsäperävaunun kuormatila on yksipalkkirakenteen ansiosta joustava. Rakenne mahdollistaa useita lisävarusteita: rungon jatke, lisäpankot tolpilla tai tuplatolpilla ja lisäksi pankot ovat siirrettävissä. Myös taka-akseli voidaan lukita neljään eri asentoon tietyissä malleissa (104).

Etusermi ja sermituet vakiona

Tukeva etusermi ja tuet kuuluvat KESLA-perävaunujen vakiotoimitukseen. Etusermi ja tuet helpottavat puiden lastaamista perävaunuun ja pitävät puut paikallaan kuljetuksen ajan. Etusermin tuet antavat lisätukea etusermille ja pitävät ensimmäisen tolppaparin oikeassa asennossa.

Hydraulinen aisaohjaus helpottaa ohjaamista

Kaikki KESLA-metsäperävaunut on varustettu hydraulisella aisaohjauksella. Se tekee perävaunun ohjaamisesta helpompaa erityisesti harvennusmetsissä tai mutkaisilla pikkuteillä.

Vakaat tukijalat

Perävaunuyhdistelmä on vakaampi, kun käytetään tukijalkoja. Tukijalat tulevat yleensä kuormaajan mukana. Tukijalkojen rakenne ja malli ovat tarkkaan mietittyjä. A-teleskooppitukijalkojen lisäksi saatavana on flapdown-tukijalat erityiseen vaativiin olosuhteisiin.

Monipuoliset vetovaihtoehdot

KESLA-metsäperävaunuista löytyy malleja erilaisilla vetovaihtoehdoilla: hydraulisella rullavedolla, napavedolla (2WD tai 4WD), mekaanisella tai hydrostaattismekaanisella vedolla. H-merkittyihin malleihin on saatavilla hydraulinen rullaveto lisävarusteena. Vedon saa helposti pois päältä ajettaessa tiellä.

Useita jarruvaihtoehtoja

Kaikki KESLA-metsäperävaunut voidaan varustaa jarruilla. Saatavilla oleva jarruvalikoima vaihtelee malleittain ja voi edellyttää tietyn tyyppisiä renkaita. Tarjolla on seuraavia jarruvaihtoehtoja: 2- tai 4-pyörärumpujarrut, 2- tai 4-pyörälevyjarrut, paineilmajarrut.

Yhteensopivat KESLA-kuormaimet

KESLA-metsäperävaunut voidaan yhdistää laajaan, yhteensopivaan KESLA-kuormainmallistoon.

Yksipalkkirakenne

KESLA-metsäperävaunujen rakenne perustuu yksipalkkirunkoon. Palkka on vahva - 200 mm x 200 mm - ja se on valmistettu vahvasta, paksusta teräksestä. Rakenne ja materiaali tekevät vaunusta erittäin kestävän. Rakenne myös mahdollistaa rungon jatkeen ja toimii kuormaimen telineenä kuljetuksen aikana.

KESLA ProTRACTION

The KESLA proTRACTION drive control system is available for the KESLA 144 ND trailer models with nave drive. The drive control system is connected to tractor with hydraulic lines and the ISOBUS communication bus. Via ISOBUS communication bus, KESLA proTRACTION takes information of the tractor’s direction and speed and delivers it to the trailer’s wheels.

Welded bunks

The bunks are equipped with serrated tops, which allows to keep slippery logs on trailer's loadspace while driving. Kesla 144 is now available with new welded log bunks for professional use.

Rear grapple rack

Trailer models 104-144 can be equipped with a rear grapple rack. Available only with a tail light beam.

Bionergy plates

KESLA trailers' loadspace can be equipped with the bioenergy plates.

Rear working lights

Rear working lights, LED Walonia lights, are mounted inside the frame tube. Includes 1 x 25W LED working light, wiring harness and protective glass. Available only with the tail light beam.

Front working lights

Front working lights, LED Walonia lights, are mounted on the front screen of a trailer. The set includes 2 x 25W LED working lights, wiring harness and protection shields for wiring harness.

Tool box

New tool boxes with the lock set on the left or right side. Available as 1 or 2 pcs set. Size – 900x406x315 mm.

Special color for the trailer

The special color for drawbar, frame and bogie can be chosen freely from RAL color chart.

LS hydraulic pump set

LS hydraulic pump set is installed inside of the KESLA 300 series crane’s stabilizer frame. Hydraulic output is max. 150 l/min (max. 280 bar). Hydraulic tank 110 l.

EU 167/2013 type-approval for trailers

Starting from 5/2020 KESLA trailers are available with the EU Framework Regulation167/2013 approved equipment packages. 167/2013 approved vehicles must have the following equipment: 2-circuit brakes with negative brake, pneumatic brake system; tail lights; license plate and rear lights beam; A reflector package incl. front and side reflectors; E-approval nameplate. Restrictions, imposed on trailers according to 167/2013 type-approval: max speed - 30 km/h; the only possible tyre options: 104 - 400/60-15,5”, 114 - 500/50-17”, 124 and 144 - 550/45-22,5”; max width 2,55 m.
