The KesLINK link ensures that the hoses going into the grapple are also protected inside the link. The wide-angle joint of the lift cylinder ensures a stable lifting capacity through the entire movement
The KESLA Z-crane models range from the light, 5-tonnemetre model up to 19 tonnemetres. During the past few years, Kesla has invested significantly in the R & D of the Z-loader product range, resulting in the state-of-the-art 22 product line. The new properties include completely internal hydraulic piping and hosing, now also available in the lifting boom.
The KESLA Z-crane product family continues to grow as does the number of accessories, giving the customer even greater possibilties to choose a crane that is perfect for their needs.

The wide KESLA proG-grapple sortiment
The sortiment has both timber and bioenergy grapples in various sizes. The geometry of the grapples is very carefully planned, making both grapping one log or a big bunch easy. The durable materials and good design verify the long life time of the grapple.

The Kesla-invented link, KesLINK, protects the hoses leading to the grapple.
In-boom hosing
In the new 21-series KESLA cranes the hosing is places inside the booms, also in transfer boom. This minimizes the risk of hose damage.
New type of joint between the main and transfer booms
The new type of joint keeps the hydraulic hosing well-protected.
Wide-angle joint
Ensures the best lifting capacity in every boom position.
V-shaped bottom of the transfer boom
The V-shaped bottom of the transfer boom makes working with the grapple more precise.
Several stabilizer and stabilizer cylinder options
KESLA-cranes can be equipped with many type of stabilizers - integrated, separate, extra wide, chipper-use or stationary-use. Variety depends on the model.
Wide variety of control valves
Kesla offers a wide variety of both mechanical and electrical control valves for its cranes.
Top-seat equipment
KESLA-cranes can be equipped with top-seat equipment. It is very handy especially if the loading and unloading phases are not long. In addition to the standard version, the top-seat is available as side version that offer a good sight to the crane's work. Also so called E-version, with very small slewing radius, is available.
Space-saving Z-boom
Kesla offers a great variety of Z-boomed cranes. Transport position of these cranes saves valuable loading space.

Can I use biodegradable hydraulic oil in KESLA-crane?
Yes, you can. In addition, KESLA-crane can be delivered tested with biogradable oil. Ensure the suitable type of biodegradable oil from the dealer.
Can KESLA-cranes be equipped with a scale?
Yes, KESLA-cranes can be equipped with whether hydraulic piped or wireless Tamtron scale.
Can KESLA-cranes be used for other purposes than just timber loading?
Yes, KESLA-cranes and loader can be used in various ways - not only for timber handling. Usually another sort of grapple is needed though. KESLA-cranes are used in handling e.g. lime, bioenergy, scrap, metal, firewood among many others.
How does the central lubrication system for cranes work?
There are two options for central lubrication. Mechanic and electric systems. Mechanic central lubrication system feed grease to greasing lines when stablilizer are streched out. The electric system is fully controllable from cabin.
