Nationwide collective agreement negotiations are underway in Finland between employer associations and employee unions. The Industrial Union and the Trade Union Pro will organize a strike on Tuesday, December 3. Through the strike, the unions aim to accelerate national collective agreement negotiations, as no consensus has been reached on the content of a new collective agreement. Kesla Oyj has been selected by unions as one of the companies in Finland to be affected by the strike.
