We are looking for a permanent position a QESH Manager, to be part of our proud squad. Your main task is to support us in achieving improved quality of products and services. You see that the starting point for the quality management is a client.
What is then the proud member we are looking for like? We appreciate work experience from industrial environment, specially from welding related functions. You are able to think strategically but you are familiar also with routines of maintaining and developing of quality systems and implementation of operating models. You find training and sharing information as a natural part of quality management. We expect you to know SFS EN ISO 9001:2015 and 3834-2 standards and requirements of applicable environmental and safety systems. For you lean way of thinking is natural and you understand the benefits of Six Sigma. In addition to your substance knowledge, we hope that you have good cooperation and communication skills both in Finnish and in English. Good basis for the job would be university level degree e.g. engineer or master of science, complemented with Six Sigma Black or Green Belt.
